We plan, entitle, build, and operate purpose-built rental communities across the Montréal CMA. Our scope covers site selection, capital structuring, municipal approvals, design management, construction oversight, and long-term leasing and operations. Product is mid-rise and high-rise rental, often with street-level retail where it strengthens the urban fabric.
Purpose-built rentals
Studio to 3-bedroom units with efficient plans, durable finishes, and lifecycle-cost discipline. Target specs include high-performance envelopes, ERVs, submetering where viable, and low-maintenance common areas.
Mixed-use & ground-floor retail
Active frontages along key corridors in Ville-Marie, Outremont, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, and Lachine. We align retail depth, servicing, and glazing ratios to the tenant program and streetscape.
Browen centralizes lead capture, inventory, pricing, scheduling, and digital applications in a single workflow. The result is faster lease-ups, consistent communications, and audit-ready records.
Development & leasing systems. Focus on underwriting, product, and Browen CRM architecture.
